Savings accounts that provide savings "book"

Hi,

My new partner whilst being extreemly organised re money (every last penny gets entered into her "sums book") she is unfortunately a complete technophobe. My mere mention of online banking can give her nightmares for days :(

She is looking for a home for £3k and I instantly recommended Cash ISA but can't find any that don't involve being online. She is insisting she needs a "savings book" that she can take into the branch - doesn't feel safe is she can't see it in black and white :(

Any suggestions for decent paying ISA that do via branches ??

Probably not table topping rates but have you tried branch based accounts at nationwide or yorkshire building society ?
