Savings accounts that provide savings "book"

Hi,
My new partner whilst being extreemly organised re money (every last penny gets entered into her "sums book") she is unfortunately a complete technophobe. My mere mention of online banking can give her nightmares for days
She is looking for a home for £3k and I instantly recommended Cash ISA but can't find any that don't involve being online. She is insisting she needs a "savings book" that she can take into the branch - doesn't feel safe is she can't see it in black and white
Any suggestions for decent paying ISA that do via branches ??

Probably not table topping rates but have you tried branch based accounts at nationwide or yorkshire building society ?0
