People may think that I am a bit to optimistic after you have read this, but I feel what I want to do could be possible! I would just like to add that I am only 17 and this project that I am thinking of doing is a large project for someone at any age!

The scale in which I would like to take this project is at a £multimillion project where I will be aiming to get gain funding through sponsorship from large £multimillion companies (who would get advertisement throughout the project in return), and government organisation e.g. local council.

The reason why I am posting on here is that I would like to know if there are any organisations (most probably public sector organisations) that can help and guide me to start and plan to create this charity.

If there are not any could any1 advise on how to start planning this organisation. It would also require a large capital in setting up this charity through various fund raising activities that I have got lined up.

At the moment I am in college and at the very early stages in trying to set up this charity. I am not thinking of setting this project over night, but as a rough time scale would expect it would be up and running within three years.

I may not reply straight away to posts as I have currently got exam, but would reply to posts as soon as I can.

Um, could you give us a clue about the charitable objects of this proposed new charity? ie what you are planning to raise millions for?

Your first starting point should be the Charity Commission website. Note that charity law is in a state of change at the moment, so if you're taking advice, make sure it's from someone who knows what the law currently says and what it may say in the not too distant future!
