Praise for British Gas, VM, Sky, Talk Talk, Currys and my golf club

Hi Fans,

Over the last 17 months :

• I have paid nothing to VM for TV, Phone, unlimited b/band and phone line rental.
• I have paid Sky less than £10 per month for Entertainment package TV , Phone, unlimited b/band and phone line rental.
• Starting last month, I am paying less than £26 per month for Sky Entertainment package TV, all Sky sport channels, Talk Talk Phone, Talk Talk unlimited b/band and Talk Talk phone line rental.
• I have been given £20 from Currys for them not making an appointment to deliver a package to my home address.
• I have got a free 8GB USB flash drive from Currys.
• I have been given £30 from British Gas for them not making an appointment to perform an insulation survey at my home address. For info, I have never been a customer of BG.
• I have been given various vouchers from Currys for problems that I have had with equipment bought.

How have I achieved the above ? Yep….just sent an email escalation to the CEO of the appropriate company; although with one company it is due to their incompetence as well.

My golf club ? Mmmm…Due to their incompetence, I have just paid a half of my yearly green fess over the last 2 years. Great value for money !!
