I've always got an answer to queries raised on my parents' behalf and never needed them to return a phone call.

Well then it must be me then!
Between Sept 09 and Jan 11, I have on record a total of 44 letters sent to them and only received 1 reply (Sept 10) & 58 telephone calls that couldn't be answered by the call handlers and needed a more experienced person to ring me back - no return calls.
So far this year with my most recent claim, I have sent 2 letters that require a reply (21/3/13 & 15/4/13) no replies so far. Also I have made a total of 11 telephone calls and received 2 in return that both failed to address the problem I was having.
As for getting an answer from the call handler, if the information isn't on their screen - they have no idea what you are on about and offer to send countless emails.
My current claim was made on the 13/3/13 and I still haven't received any answer or reply (all of the evidence is with them!!)0
