Have a very weird issue with my Tomtom GO 930.
Day before yesterday it displayed a red screen saying saying something along the lines of this map is not recognised by this device - this was repeated no matter which map i try and load - maps are genuine.
I have reinstalled the maps, still no joy. Carried out instructions http://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1898 - following which, it downloaded maps but it still won't boot up - gets to splash screen and shuts down.
Now heres the puzzler, I can connect the device to Tomtom home on my pc, it is recognised and I can operate it using operate my GO through Tomtom home, but disconned t from the pc and it fails to start.
The device has been formatted, makes no difference.
Any ideas.
