Hi, does anyone know the answer to the following please.......
I had my house on the market with an agent about 2 years ago. I then took it off the market. I am putting it back on with the same agent next week at a reduced price. Will this price drop show up on property bee?
Thanks
Olias

Depends if the agent re-opens the previous listing, or creates a new one from scratch.
My bet would be that if they're lazy .... they'll just click one box of ACTIVATE, in which case it'd show up.0 -

Yes history will be kind to him as it has been a amazing tool for people...Looking back i would hated to have not had it..
plus http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
