credit card booking declined

booked a apartment in spain 2 days ago on credit card today ive had an email off them to say card has been declined ,also received a call off my credit card provider fraud department today i have rung them back & its a machine that you deal with it seems the transaction in spain had bothered them as they thought it could be fraudulent , my problem is do I have to give my card details again to the apartments agency or will it go through now the bank have cleared it. couldn't speak to a human being so couldn't ask the machine that question thanks

1st check with your card provider that the retailer has not attempted the transaction again.
If not then you need to contact the retailer and get them to process it again.

Do not think that the bank will process the transaction as they cannot.....
