    I can't get the terms and conditions to load but it does say that it is to Las Vegas and not LA.

    I got that when I tried entering using IE, but the form came up for me when I used Chrome.

    Sorry to bump ...

    I keep getting an error message saying 'Please provide your fb user_name.' when I click on submit.
    Tried clearing cache, deleting app, tried in Chrome, IE & FF but it won't go through.

    Anyone else had this or found a way round it?
