Scottish Power Home Comforts
I have an on going complaint with the above and so far I am always told t hey will phone me back and the cheque is in the post. They have told me they are responsible to an ombudsman. This has been going on since December does anyone know if there is a contact in Scottish Power who can help with the terrible service from their Home Comforts Division.

Go to Scottish Powers website here http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/ click on Your Home and then Contact Us. Write complaint at the top of you email.
Be warned though, Scottish Power are well known for mis-leading their customers. They are due to be fined by OFGEM for this. Stick to your guns with them.0 -

Celiaj, I'm sure it was unintended - you might want to edit your post, to make it clear you are not a 'ScottishPower' company rep on MSE with authority to post.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem.
