Early Redundancy Payout Advice

Good afternoon
I am going to be made redundant on 31st May 13,
however the company has advised they will be paying our redundancy and notice period on 20th May 13 along with our standard months pay.
My Question is, What happen if i don't return to work after a receive the payout from the employer,
Is there a way they can reclaim it? or part of it?
