No promises, but try giving Uroglass in Bromsgrove a call:
http://www.uroglas.com/contact.html
We used them last year to get a screen for our 1974 Daf coupe than no-one else was interested in helping with.
For a custom made one the price was reasonable (about £200 iirc) and they were very helpful when it turned up damaged. They had a second replacement made and delivered within a week for no charge and no faffing about trying to convince them that the damage was there when we got it - its easy to claim "you must have broken it yourself" where a big sheet of glass is concerned, but they didn't try it at all!
If yours isn't in their line they've probably got contacts they can suggest.0 -
its a holden manaro rebadged for UK sale, wich makes parts mostly maindealer, some autoglass specialists would probably have to order it (from VX most likely) and add a percentage for profit ontop i reckon the money saver here would be to go to VX maindealers and have them order one and fit it in. phone the vx main head office and ask for uk availability of one! and if one needs to be shipped your looking at 6-12 months, as they ship with full containers not just for one part, unless you buy air courier service and ask for that service.0

As abovee but dont let them fit it, get a local independant fit it it will work out cheaper and they will probably do a better job of it.
(A lot of dealers dont fit their own glass anyway)

some windscreens have rain sensors fitted behind the rearview mirror, this can be a bit tricky if it need to be recoded if the sensor is discon'd and part of the canbus at an indy garage and they havent the equipment to reset it.0 -

As long as the ignition is not turned on when the sensor is unplugged (not that you have too) you will be fine0
