HI
I have a mini PCI card in my compaq laptop and I was wondering if it could be used for connecting to a wireless network? Or do i need to buy a wireless adapter?

Depends what type of mini-PCI card it is, 'mini-PCI' means the connection to the motherboard (PCI) and that is is low profile (e.g. not as tall as ordinary cards - primarily used for shuttle type machines/laptops etc)
Could be anything from a graphics/sound card to wifi card.0 -

It's an ethernet card for connecting by ethernet cable to networks."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
