Magazine dailies problem

I've had loads of probs with the videos on IE9 and ended up doing them in Chrome over the last few days. I've emailed them about it and they say they're looking into the problem.

The problem with the videos seems to be in IE9/10.

I'm having to do Now competitions on Chrome.
I don't do WOTV, and there hasn't been anything I've wanted to enter on Look at the moment, but I assume they'd give me problems too.

It has just let me enter 40 competitions on Chat before it told me I had reached my daily limit. Not that I'm complaining Lol.

Yes that's the same here, I've just resorted to doing all the mag dailies in Chrome now and they all go through without any problem and quite quickly.

I was able to enter them all in IE9 today.

I have not had videos but I get Inspire me gym up and I cannot get passed it, I have to enter the club I want the best time to call, and my phone number which I am not doing, there is no do not call button, so I cannot enter
I had this with all of the comps yesterday and today

In the drop down box, there's a 'not applicable' option. (think it's at the end). If you select that, it lets you get past it without inputting your number etc.

You may have done this already, but if not...

Have you cleared your cookies, history and browser cache?

If I have this sort of problem anywhere that is often enough to sort it.

If still doesn't work then clean your disk and restart, then try again.

Im glad others have made this thread,
after a my first year of comping and many reccomendations to do the mag dailies i finally started in earnest yesterday (gawd my head is banging)
It is slightly confusing, like a post says I too definately shared more than 15 before it told me maximum reached (thanks)
And yes they are being a !!!!!! to sign in and load, then i think it was woman no video no questions just clicked 'enter comp' and it went through.

So my questions are already answered here and it looks like its not me being a noobie and messing them up.

If any regulars have tips on the best way to approach them for us id appreciate it, as not sure if one can disqualify oneself or whether once youve done them it tells you, and does that apply to all the mags? Or how to organise them best?
