M&S card payment by M&S vouchers.

Hi

I have a lot of M&S vouchers and have an M&S credit card with a hefty balance. Can I use the vouchers to pay off a portion of my credit card?

M&S Vouchers can only be used for in store purchases (only)

M&S is a bit too expensive for household shopping, but if you can spend vouchers in there on whatever basic stuff you can find, then pay what you would have spent off your cards. Bread, cheese, milk, pasta etc.

Yes I agree, buy some of your 'usual' things in there and then you can use the money you would have spent on those things to pay off the card.

They are generally a bit more expensive but the vouchers are no use sat at home anyway. And sometimes you can get decent deals there too, recently I had a big bag of chicken breasts for £10. I think there was about 8 decent sized ones in there so a decent find compared to Tesco's £4 for 2 for example.
