Quote for Conservatory deep clean

I put an advert on Rated People looking for somenoe to clean my conservatory outside and clean out the guttering.
Have been quoted £195 for this.
Said that they also build conservatories so can take parts off to give it a really good clean and get into all the seams and joints etc. They sound ok but have no rating on rated people, but suppose everyone has to start somewhere.
What do people think? Good or bad quote? It has never been cleaned before and needs a good scrub, especially the guttering so I have to get it done.
Thanks :D

i've done some work through rated people, but there are some people that have had bad experiences, £195 does sound expensive for someone who is basically a window cleaner, i wouldn't care who they were i wouldn't be letting them take bits off (guttering being the exception although there really isn't any need to) the bits will never go back correctly & if you then have problems or leaks who is going to pay to sort it.

can you not clean the outside yourself ? the gutters will only have in them what has come off of the poly/glass roof so unless you get alot of crap on the roof the gutters should be fairly clear, even if the gutter needs clearing this shouldn't cost more than £50
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.

They're supposed to be coming next week but I haven't signed anything, I think most of it I can clean myself but not the guttering. Next door had a tree in their garden and its leaves ended up in the guttering so it's pretty full. I think I will phone them and say they're not required any more and hope they don't claim to have a verbal contract or anything.
It made me think twice after they phoned and said they could get me in the next day :/

Do you have a window cleaner for the rest of the house? If so, ask them - mine does guttering cleaning although I don't know how much they charge.

I would expect a window cleaner would be ideal for this. £195 for the conservatory clean seems really high. Also with 0 rating it could be a cowboy....
