Anyone have a Hotpoint Aqualtis washing machine?

Can you have a quick look in the door and tell me is this normal?
It started leaking last night, and I can't for the life of me remember if this used to line up. The liquid softener drawer hasn't been emptying itself the last few washes so thats another area i'm wondering if it could be overflowing.
this can't be normal surely? drum dropped possibly?
puddle of water under the bottom left foot which made me link to top left dispenser drawer overflowing?

after moving my aqualtis ive noticed the same with the drum position ie looking like its dropped? have you any further info re yours?0
