Epson DX7450 Printer Trouble

For some unknown reason it will print with nothing shown on it. Have done troubleshooting on it & it says no problems. No flashing light to tell me ink is empty. It has 4 & if one runs out it won't print. I was going to replace ink to see if it worked.

Trouble is I can't move the ink holder over to replace them. Has anyone any advice on how to do this please.

Does it print blank nozzle checks?

You should still be able to press the ink button to move the cartridges

Don't mention compatibles if you use those, as they will blame everything on them.

I have pressed ink button but nothing moves. Unless am not doing it correct. Lost the manual also. Yes it prints blank paper.

There should be an option on the maintenance tab
If you click manuals and documentation, there are three to choose from, I expect the larger one will have most information.

After head cleaning replacing all 4 cartridges & then another 5 head cleans it now works. Cheers for replys.
