    CALL THEM - call ACCOUNTS!!

Ask if they have the invoice ready for payment if not send one over via email to them and mark its for payment in SEVEN DAYS

    Seriously its that easy

Thanks. I am a little bit confused now, what the invoice are you talking about? I have not sent the invoice to them yet. All I sent was a claim form for job interview travel expenses. Is that what you mean?

The problem is that I dont have account department e-mail address. I only got HR e-mail.

How do you think they pay that?

Didn't you fill in a claim form???? That is the invoice! Expenses are paid by the same people

I can see how you are having a problem getting your £

Yesterday I have sent another e-mail to the manager saying that my travel expenses are still not sorted but he is ignoring my e-mails. What to do? It has been two month since the interview. Really want to complain about all this.

Call and speak to the accounts department.

OP stated on the 04/05 that they had called the main switchboard and asked for the accounts dept, they asked what it was relating to and after it was exclaimed they put the op through to the recruitment team...

OP either take the advice already given of googling the number. It should be on the councils website or call the switchboard again ask for account dept if asked why tell them it's a confidential matter....
