We haven't got to the court claim, quite yet.
But that is when the gloves come off. In fact, to continue the boxing metaphor and show how serious taking a multi-national corporation to court is, the letters were just a sparring session. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

Oh I see. I still wouldn't worry too much, just get it right when you file the court claim.

yeah thats true, so you think i should just go for the court claim now? The sample template letter on the main site is the one i was going to use do you recommend that one as i have saw a different one on here that some people have recommended, i am a beginner on my computer(you may have guessed already) so need to keep it as staightforward as possible and Martins letter seemed to say it in a nutshell. i cant thank you enough for the help.scarymary0
