The circumstances to my farther in laws death mean that the life policy on the morgage is void.

Obviously you don't have to give us any details, but are you 100% sure about this? I thought life policies paid out regardless of the circumstances of death? That's what I was led to believe when I bought mine

Suicide or death caused by a condition that was documented before the policy was taken out would result in a void policy... I'm sure there are other excuses that an insurance company could come up with too!0 -
Rach73 that is a shame about the policy there is so many exclusions in these policies you wonder what you pay all that money to them for.
