How do i get eurocarparts to exchange a wrong part for my car

I have bought some car parts from eurocarparts but they have sent one wrong item :mad: so i contacted them through live chat to tell them that the part that i have received is different to the part i took off and also the part came in a eurocarparts box and not the manufacturer box, I then get a reply asking for my cars registration so I gave it to them but they are saying it's the correct part for my car. So I asked if the part should of came in the manufacturer box or a eurocarparts box and I was told it should of came in the manufacturer box but it will have a eurocarparts sticker on with the part number. I then contacted them again to say I have received the part in a eurocarparts box and not the manufacturer box but it does have a eurocarparts sticker with the part number on. I then get a reply saying it's the correct part then for your car.
So how do I get eurocarparts to exchange the part when they keep saying it's the correct part for my car.
