Long story, but I was unhappy there, my boss was not very nice to work for, done me over with a bonus I was promised, etc. So I just wanted to double check how much holiday I could add on, because if I found a job before then, just wanted to know how long I had left there to give notice (which is 2 weeks). Sorry im rambling, this probably doesn't make any sort of sense, but basically I just want to know how long I had left before I had to go back to work if I had not found another job by then.

As I have said if they don't agree to you tagging it on then its at the end of maternity as normal. You need to ask them and if they allow it then so be it, if they don't then you have a decision to make.
