Maternity leave ending - Holiday entitlement?

Hi
Ive been on maternity leave which ends the 24th May, and back to work 27th May 2013.
Could anyone please help me work out how much holiday I am entitled to from January 2013, I took my 3 weeks holiday I had left for last year at the start of my maternity, so its just for this year I need to know. I worked out I should be due 11 days up to end of May including bank holidays. Is this right?
Thanks for any help, just want to get it right in my head before I call work to say I will be taking holiday right after my maternity ends.

Well it depends what your company offers you tbh, ring them and ask?People don't know what they want until you show them.0

Depends what days/hours you work. What is your firm's annual entitlement? Holiday accrues during maternity leave so you will have exactly the same as you would have had if you'd been working. BUT, if you have gone from full to part-time now that you are returning to work, obviously your holiday will now be pro-rata.
But to give an accurate calculation, you need to state what your working hours are and what your firm's holiday entitlement is.DMP Mutual Support Thread member 244

Oops sorry should have said, I worked full time 9:00 till 17:30 and will only be going back part time once I go back, so I should still have my full holiday entitlement until then. The company gives the standard 20 or 21 days plus bank holidays.0

From Jan until the end of May you would have accrued a total of 13.3 days which includes b/hBe Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

You should be able to call your HR team and they can work it out for you.0

Plus as you probably know they can decide to not allow you to have the holidays when you need and may make you wait a certain period of time.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0

Could she be forced to roll these days over to next year due to her being on maternity until the end of May or can she take her full 5.6 weeks as and when (with permission from work) during the remainder of this year?Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -

The latter if she has not used it. I was just pointing out she cannot presume she can tag these on at the end of maternity leave but the employer may allow it.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
The reason why I asked this really I because I am desperately trying to find another job the moment. I told my employer I will be returning to work after maternity and holiday, to keep my options open. But I knew at that point that I was not planning on returning.
Long story, but I was unhappy there, my boss was not very nice to work for, done me over with a bonus I was promised, etc. So I just wanted to double check how much holiday I could add on, because if I found a job before then, just wanted to know how long I had left there to give notice (which is 2 weeks). Sorry im rambling, this probably doesn't make any sort of sense, but basically I just want to know how long I had left before I had to go back to work if I had not found another job by then.0
