heya,
my situation is that i have signed up with oxford city council to be on the council housing register, but because i earn a certain amount and i have a certain amount of savings they have said that part buy/ part rent would be a better option using the homebuy scheme supported by the council using catalyst housing. i am currently waiting to recieve a bidding number.
once i recieve a bidding number what steps do i then take with this shared ownership scheme? who do i contact and such like?
many thanks
