Halifax BT problem

When doing an online BT to Halifax they ring you and you have to put the code shown on screen into the phone verbally. Problem is phone message said all done - screen message said unable to proceed at this time.
Obviously will call them, but is this a known issue as I seem to recall that something similar has happened last time and when the customer services rep checked couldn't find anything wrong.

Sometimes their so-called security is a bit oversensitive. There may be limits to what the system will let you do without speaking to a live person.0 -
I found ie does that a lot, firefox is fineDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
