Question about fund charges

Hi....
I have 3 funds in a Fidelity ISA... I have a question about how they collect the charges (you know the 1-2% "annual management charges". Do they send you a bill?? Or do they just take the charges out of the balance, so that it is reflected in the return?
Thanks

it comes directly out of the fund, the return you see is net of this fee.0
