Best bet is to read through this

If in doubt, get it done by a professional who knows what they are doing. What part of the country you in?
If its a genuine Honda?
There are a wide range of different options/specifications on the myriad CG clones that have appeared since the original Honda line/tooling was sold to China. IIRC the later Honda GCs came-off the Brazillian line?0 -
seems abit better today after a run but it wasn't like that before it went in. just waiting to be ripped off by the garage lol0

I have searched everywhere on how to slacken the brake cable but found nothing.
Looks like I got the wrong end of the stick. From what the OP said above I assumed it was a cable brake.
If it's a hydraulic system and the brake is sticking on, this can only be one of three things:- Sticking piston/s in caliper (most likely)
- Fault in master cylinder where fluid is not bleeding back as it should (less likely)
- Brake hose degraded and breaking up internally, acting like a one-way valve (unlikely, but I read of this on another forum only this week).
If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0
