Total rubbish.
Geolocation of hosting server makes absolutely no difference to SEO rankings.0 -

If you have a .co.uk URL then you are better off with a UK based server.
How little I know?
I'm a director of a major provider of internet services. Want to try again and back up your statement with FACTS?
Judging by your posting history in other threads, I doubt it.
The video is four years old, things have changed massively, it has no impact nowadays.0 -

I doubt very much that a director of a major internet services provider would have any interest in this forum. I think it is more likely a member who has just been banned (yet again), who is trying to be disruptive (again).
And if you were who you say you are, then how do we know that you don't use foreign based servers, and are trying to convince people to use your company?0 -

I have interest in many forums.
Considering I haven't named the company I work for, and don't intend to, say what?
We have many clients, globally, therefore we use servers worldwide, we also don't provide hosting as a service.
This is my first ever account on MSE, get a mod to IP check or email check me.
You're a troll, as proven in many cases on this forum.0 -

You have now followed me to four threads in your first eight posts. That isn't just coincidence.
You can say what you like about your identity or profession. But it is quite obvious exactly who you are.0 -

Seems you can fiddle with Google Webmaster Tools and href tags to supercede the physical location of the server.
It does seem to be a goods selling point for uk hosts, targeting naive web designers...0
