Hi,
I am applying for insurance via comparison sites as I usually do. I have put my employment status as employed as I am and need the business insurance as I use my car for work.
However, I am also a student nurse, after I have put employed in the first box it then won't let me put in student in the do you have any other employment box.
Legally Am I ok just to mention my employment in the box and leave out that I am a student or is this is dishonest and would leave me without legal insurance. Any help much appreciated.

You need to declare both. If there is no box on the website, Phone and confirm BEFORE buying the policy.
Most sites i have used ask if you have more than one job.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
You must declare both or you wont be covered in the event of an accident.
Student who has a job also has multiple places for the commuting part of your insurance and requires a higher class of insurance unfortunately, same as a plumber who goes to different places of work.
This is the problem with non advised insurance where you use comparison sites or online quoting systems, my advise is get on the phone and explain your situation to a few different companies such as:
