I would assume you can hook your laptop to TV with HDMI cable.

Or you can buy a android tv stick.

Acer and Sony are brands. They both make umpteen different models of TVs and laptops with different capabilities. You need to turn your laptop upside down and look round the back of your TV and tell us the model numbers and we can work out the ports and possible solutions from there...

Having had a quick look at the specs for both, the laptop has HDMI out and the tv has HDMI so I would get a HDMI cable and hook it up that way.
Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.

Might be expensive to do the connection from laptop to TV, it might actually be cheaper to connect something 'smart' to the TV that works independently of the laptop, which also leaves your laptop free.
Boxee, Roku, AppleTV etc. I've only got experience of AppleTV which is probably not flexible enough.
