I should be grateful for some advice please.
I sent off a PPI questionnaire to HSBC as I believe I was mis sold PPI.
I recieved a letter today from HFC Bank stating "that my type of account and number quoted to not relate to any HFC or HSBC Bank product".
I have two questions.
1. Are HFC and HSBC under the same company.
2. Is it worth sending my statement to them to show that I do have an account.

Your PPI complaint is not with the Bank, but with Harvey Nichols the store who sold you the PPI in the first place.
