Hi,
We have a parking place near our apartment complex which is controlled by PCM. I am not sure whether my tenancy agreement comes with a parking space though. But I don't park there. But today I had to park as my wife had undergone a surgery and had to drop her off at the apartment main door since she couldn't walk much. So I parked in there and went to leave her at the home.
When I came back I saw the parking ticket being given, but they have written the registration number correctly, but the colour of the car has been written incorrectly.
Do you think I should appeal to them? Will that work? I have seen suggestions of not doing anything, but don't know if that will work. Also, if I appeal now, then it implies that I have got the PCN though the colour is incorrectly stated. If I don't respond to them now, then later on I can say that it was not my car, as the colour do not match.
Appreciate your advice
Thanks
