LLs - Tenancy deposit & prescribed info - what extra information do you give Ts?

New to deposit protection as it's only just arrived in NI. Now attempting to print out all the relevant info for the Ts.
On the deposit protection scheme I'm using there is a section for putting in reasons for deposit deductions on prepopulated forms. I want to be professional without being a total control freak about it, so would appreciate some advice from LLs on how specific you are when setting out what things would trigger a deduction from a deposit.
Of course, ideally, I'd love there to be no issue and let the T have their deposit back in full when the time comes, but in the meantime I'd like to make sure we all know where the goalposts are (so to speak).
The tenancy agreement is a standard one our LA uses so as you can imagine it's quite vague regarding the deposit. But it means I can't even refer to the relevant section of it as a guide.

Bumping this in case any of the 88 viewers (or anyone else for that matter) has any tips. I'd be grateful, I can't find anything specific and I've been trawling the internet for days :-)0

Never known the people on this forum to be so tight-lipped (tight-keyboarded?). Any and all suggestions welcome.0
