This year’s Meltdown music festival at Southbank Centre is curated by Britpop legend Jarvis Cocker. The former Pulp singer himself will perform in this fantastically eclectic line-up, where vintage Disney tunes feature on the same bill as heavy rockers Motörhead, and Sixties and Seventies folk singer Melanie meets subversive Eighties band The Jesus And Mary Chain. The festival runs from 16-23 June and, as media sponsor of Meltdown, The Observer has three pairs of exclusive passes for every performance at the festival to give away.
