Superkingsized mattress cover

We've got a superkingsize bed (6' x 6') and at the moment have a blanket under the sheet, BUT not ideal as it moves and gets "crinkles" in it which is uncomfortable.

I've looked for a mattress cover but can't find one anywhere - can anyone point me in the right direction please? Ideally I'd like a "fleecy" one!!

Thanks in advance

I just pop in now and then.... :)

I bought one from eBay, but they do seem difficult to find.

    I don't think 6' x 6' is superking - I think it's king size. As far as I am aware, superking is 6' x 6'6.

hi, i get my super king size bedding from John Lewis, not many other places that do stuff for beds that big! JL has everything, check out JLDirect, or get to your nearest store - Bluewater i should think is your closest

(I should say that i do work for JLP)

According to Mrs Albalad we got ours from rosebys, but as gromituk says 6"x6" is only kingsize and not superkingsize

Try www.musburyfabrics.co.uk They are in Lancashire and have an outlet at Oswaldtwistle Mills too. They do a great range of bedding. I have a S/K and bought a quilted mattress cover, 2 sheets, 2 plain pillow cases, lovely duvet cover with 2 pillow cases and it came to just over £100. Don't think they do the fleecy s/k cover but deffo the quilted for about £15.
  • Hi There

I bought a SuperKing Mattress Protector from Ebay 4 weeks ago. I paid £14:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=20479&item=4369479481&rd=1&ssPageName=WD1V

It fitted perfectly and is very comfy.

All my super king actual bedding I only buy from John Lewis....abit of a snob with my bedding, but I did get it reduced in january sales 2005 from £110 for quilt cover to £35, pillowcases were originally £22 each, but reduced to £6  I was able to buy 2 quilt covers and 4 pillowcases and 2 bourdoir cases for less than 1 normal priced quilt cover :T I swear by John Lewis bedding, it washes well, never fades and if you have problems there customer service is excellent!!

    Good Luck

I have always got my superking bedding from Debenhams. I also got the mattress cover there which is a fleece top with poppers. You can undo the poppers in the summer if its too warm and just have the mattress protector. I did pay about £30 which was meant to be half price. I always getting my bedding from them but only during the sales! :T
