Littlewoods-why offer next day delivery

when you cant deliver.Ordered a laptop for birthday present,paid the delivery charge and on the day its due to be delivered,it hasnt even been dispatched.If you cant do what you offer then why offer the service in the first place.not happy.

    Is it in the small print that Next Day means "the day after we decide to ship it then you will receive it"? ;)

    Probably because the website is administered by a contract company, and there has been no communication or lack of to them to remove such items.

    It comes down to human error (lazyness)
