1 year of employment falls during notice period

Options
Does anybody know whether I will be entitled to a statutory redundancy payment. We're currently in a 30 day consultation period which ends a few days before I'd have been here a year. My terms of contract are one months notice so will I still have been employed for a year if I'm working my notice period?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

You need to have worked for your employer continuously for at least 2 years before you can get statutory redundancy pay
