This is nothing new they have been doing this for years, Ive had mine for years to...... long before barclays decided to do photo cards as standard.

I think from today they have added the personalised feature to the Reward Account, it was only available to Ultimate Reward and Student Account customers before.

I had a reward account for over 5 yrs and was never offered a personalised card, - think it was the "payable accounts" that had that option
