Does anyone know of a holiday let with camping in the grounds?

Hi, can anyone help? I need a largeish holiday cottage to let this summer which has a campsite or will allow camping in the garden or grounds. We need to organise a large family get together (max 30, prob fewer) - at short notice I know - but I don't know how many will be able to make it. I can't afford a castle/ huge house but the oldies and the softies will need bricks and mortar whereas the rest of us will love to camp. Ideally this needs to be within a few hours drive from the Surrey/ Hants border for the very oldies. If you have any ideas, however tenuous... or things I haven't thought of... please help! Thanks

Can't help with details but unless people particularly want to camp why not block book a local B&B/small hotel - guaranteed income for a significant discount

Just an idea? what about a holiday park like Camber sands, near Rye in Kent. = Park resorts
I know some love it and some hate it! We are trying it next week.

My point is they have different grades of caravans/chalets. The bronze ones take a dog. There is also camping and own caravan field.

Something for every need in your party, so maybe worth a look on the web and ordering the book.
