Safeway plc shares taken over by Morrisons

I'm trying to find out what happened to these shares and I'm getting different answers.

Initially I believed they were transferred to Morrisons at x 1.32 a share but Capita Registrars now tell me they "believe" in Jan 2004 they exchanged 1 Safeway share for 1 Wm Morrison Share + 60 pence.

Can anyone remember please?

By phoning Capita Registrars. Pay attention at the back there!
