    personally I think that it is a fantastic idea. I would go one step further and make it compulsory for everyone including young children to be fitted with one of these.

    It would solve the missing children problem and could be used as evidence in a prosecution - say a robbery. There wouldn't be any abscounders from jail and all illegals that should be out of this country are readily identified and put on the next plane out..

    I think that it is important that we are able to keep track of where we go at any one time - much the same as the ANPR cameras that can track where a vehicle goes and has been to, along with the data stored in the SAT Nav.
