I've just had a lengthy rant on Facebook about companies not asking for demographics until the end of a survey and then DQing you. I try not to lose my cool but this is something that seems to be happening more and moreSwagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

Have just posted on there about the Wonga survey - is there anyone on here who has managed to complete the survey, not get DQ'd and get the credit?0 -

I'm sure that Swagbucks UK will just say (as they have done in the past) that it's an 'industry-wide problem' and that they're trying to do something about it. I do surveys outside of swagbucks directly through the email providers, such as Toluna and New Vista, and it's only ever happened to me once before and that was my fault because I got distracted and clicked the wrong answer.Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610

It was a couple of days ago now but I'm pretty sure I managed to complete it and it credited straight away. If I remember correctly it asked about my opinion on payday loans.
I recently took a break from swagbucks because I was getting too frustrated by it but I've managed to complete a DS everyday this week and hit target. It's definitely not as easy as it used to be to build up points.LBM September 2012Debt at LBM £10,573.00Current debt £3,250 (29/12/20)Current savings £4,950 (29/12/20)0 -

Been having a think about the Wonga survey and it occurred to me that soon after I joined SB (January) there was a Wonga survey that did exactly the same thing and it was a similar survey type as well ie "why would you not go to a payday loan company" "do you realise the truth re our interest rates" . I remember working my way through it and it did exactly the same thing at the end as the current survey. It may be a pattern with them, and something for SB to take them up on.
Over the past few days I've noticed it's been getting worse re. surveys that suddenly decide to ask you a few demographic questions that you've been asked at the beginning and you give exactly the same answer to at the end and they DQ you.
I've also noticed an increase in surveys that suddenly become "over quota" after you click the last page. Not sporting behavior!!!
TBH I've stopped putting in complaints about them. SB implies I am not being honest during the survey and that is why the DQ happened (and I am honest!) and that "it must be your fault" attitude bugs me.
I'm staying with SB because I'm earning steady Amazon vouchers which will help pay for my student nursing books, but I'm sickened by this attitude of "treat everyone like a cheat" unless enough people complain publicly about it.
I tend not to post on the FB page... largely because any comments I make come up in friends' newsfeeds and I don't like that.
It's been so glitchy lately on SB though that I'm considering bothering to make another FB profile specifically so I can comment on the FB page as I feel I'm being unsupportive of other members by not putting in my tuppence ha'penny worth in.

My survey drought is over!
Had a DS which initially asked me about the soaps I watch. As I only watch Hollyoaks I thought I'd be a goner but turned out to be about product placement in Hollyoaks.0 -

I had that one yesterday and like yourself I thought I'd be discredited, I guess they wanted info on the deodorants side. :T0
