Thanks for all your replies. Unfortunately nothing happened when I clicked the submit button so was unable to proceed any further. It has now gone from my wall and showing under "pending" so looks like that is another lost opportunity!
Haven't had a survey of any kind for about 10 days now so am thinking of giving up, at least while the summer is here - better things to do with my time than spending all day on the computer.0 -

That one doesn't seem to be working for me either. When I click on the play button I just get a blank screen.:(0 -
It didn't work in Chrome for me but is fine in IE.0
