You need to make everything part of the same network
I am unsure what cctv system you have so I can advise on that.

to do this yo can either change everything to be on the same network as your router proberlby 192.168.0.x, which will involve changeing the PC and cctv system. or change the router IP address to the same as the cctv system.

at the moment your PC is on the same network as the cctv system and it is possible there is a web config option so just try typeing the ip address of the cctv system in to the address bar of your web browser.
