Paypal Mastercard - Any one know how to apply?

Hi,
I have seen on paypal/uk that you can apply for a paypal mastercard which I think is a debit card?
I tried to apply but says not available in my country but its on paypal.com/uk where you can apply in the UK? confused!!
Anybody got one one here and if so how did you apply for it?

There is a Paypal MasterCard CC as well as the debit card. Paypal contacted me and asked if I wanted one (I presume it was to all holders of the old Access card).

A quick look finds the following application page for the debit card:

For the Prepaid card (rather than the credit card) in the UK

1, log in to Paypal

2, once logged in paste the following URL into the address bar www.paypal.co.uk/accesscard/apply

or visit www.paypal.co.uk/accesscard/apply and follow the instructions there

However if the card is not being actively marketed and is "invitation only" as I suspect - they may detect that you have not been invited and not wish you to have the card

When I click through the link I get to my account manager page, which would be correct, as I already have the card.

Where I notice it still says:

Your Personal invitation

So I would presume it is still by invitation only.
