Business savings - where can I invest them?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any resources or ideas on where I could invest some money which will otherwise sit in my HSBC bank account on call earning next to nothing.

I understand you need to use business banking products, or at least invest under the business name, does anyone have any suggestions how where to place this money? The time horizon is 3-12 months, so it doesn't need to be on call instantly but it is reasonably short term.
