As you are living in Norway permanently ( wish I could move out of the UK permanently) and have no intention of coming back to the UK why are you bothering?
Matter of principle to start with, but also, because if i don't they can commit to prison or withdraw driving license, passport etc...

Things have to be dragged out to the max before prison/driving licence. I'm sure it would never come to that as you have the evidence from the court case and it should be thrown out. But like you say it's the principle.

The problem with "having the evidence" is that if they obtain a committal to prison, there is NO court case now, as they can in theory just make an application to court with no notification, the same way they do with taking funds from bank accounts etc...
So i am not taking that chance, and as they have no way of attaching anything for costs if i lose, i do in fact have NOTHING to lose by doing this...They tried to get the court to hold a surety when i took the action i did last time, and the court simply stated that it was my legal right to start legal proceedings, and as they have no precedent for me not paying, they would not do so... However, i on the other hand have a precedent for them not paying or simply sidestepping the legal action i take, so i could potentially get a surety held by the court for my costs from them...
Which is a huge embarrassment for them if i manage to do that...!!!
