Hi
Have searched the internet to try and find the answer to this but no advise
Me and a friend were renting a flat, the landlord says there is more damage to the property than the deposit covered. We are contesting this
The county court sent the form about whether to admit or submit the defence
Sent back the form, but court says neither form has been recieved
Have got new forms but finding it really difficult to get friend to get to fill in the replacement form
How will the court look upon this?
will it affect the defence i have submitted and will it make it more likely that judgement is against me?
He is on incapacity benefit and i work so i am worried if the court finds against us that i will be the one who is expected to stump up most of the money by the court, or would they expect us both to find the same amount of money?
