HD Camcorder for trip to USA ~£200

Hi all,
I'm due to spend my summer visiting the USA (Chicago and Vermont) for 3 weeks, and am desperately in need of a good camcorder (Before July 1st). I prefer the ones in the hand since they're easier to handle, and a friend has the Panasonic X800, which works great but costs over £400
My current budget is less than £200, is HD, doesn't fill up a 32GB Card too quickly (I'll take about 2 with me) and something that I could buy extra battery packs for on eBay for cheap would be good too (so I can easily switch batter packs during the day).
Thank you very much in advance

The higher the quality the faster you fill the memory card.
Unless you go for lossy compression, Which defeats the object of getting a HD camera to some degree.
Go on youtube and watch the reviews by Techmoan and all the other similar people that do great unbiased reviews.
