For the last 6 months i have been checkingmy credit report and score, making sure it was all correct. I had a problem with my electrol rolland finally got it sorted and to my horror it went DOWN:( It was 'poor' before and the only thing it was giving to try and improve was to go on the electrol roll and now im 'very poor'
I havent done any credit serches in the last 6 months, i havent been late with any bills/payments, im not overdrawn, i always pay my credit card off in full every month... Im soooo confused to what i can do. The reason iv made an extra effort to be good with things is because my car was starting to play up and yesterday it died, i was hoping to go for a finance but iv got no hope of that now_pale_
If anyone has any advise on what i can do to get this score improved, i wil be very greatful

Ignore the 'Score'0

So your using a made up number that a credit reference agency has given you to say your score is bad.
You need to ignore that number as its made up to sell to stupid people who believe that lenders use that number to make a decision.
Lenders use a different score to the one you will see, when making there decisions and it will be unique to the financial organisation concerned.
They will look at your current credit commitments whether you have any bad debts how you run your accounts and what your credit to debt ratio is.
So you need to ignore that fictitious number the credit reference agency has given you!!!!Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0
